The integration of the Scrive electronic signature service into Hubspot enables its users to launch and manage e-signing processes directly from their Hubspot account.
Scrive today announced a partnership with global CRM provider Hubspot to allow Hubspot users to send agreements for e-signing using the Scrive eSign platform. The Scrive app is available in the Hubspot App Marketplace.
Scrive enables sales teams to shorten sales cycles and get higher conversion rates by running the entire sales funnel through Hubspot. To generate an agreement, users can start with a template from a library of their standardised documents and populate it with Hubspot data, saving time and driving data quality.
Hubspot users and their signing parties can send, sign and manage documents wherever they are, on any device. The Scrive eSign platform routes the agreement to the right parties, obtains all the signatures and approvals, archives the signed document and sends out copies to everyone who signed or approved.
“E-signing with Scrive means a lot more than just going paperless”, says Scrive Partner Manager Julia Kristersson. “The automation opportunities, like templates and the ability to autopopulate agreements with Hubspot data, greatly speed up the customer acquisition process.”
