Tmpl and Scrive streamline the future of real estate with smart and flexible document signing
Tmpl, one of Sweden’s leading proptech companies, has announced a strategic partnership with Scrive. The partnership will enable Tmpl’s users to log in to Tmpl’s platform with their BankID and sign documents electronically. Scrive’s services will be available for Tmpl’s customers and end users, and by the end of the year the integration will be available to 100 000 households in Sweden.
Scrive’s e-sign and identity verification services are integrated as standard features in Tmpl’s platform. All Tmpl users, including tenants, property managers, administrators and maintenance staff, will be able to register and log in to the app with their BankID. Furthermore, it will be possible to send, review and sign digital agreements, which will save both time and administration while eliminating paper, printing and scanning.
Scrive’s electronic identity services make it easy to secure Tmpl’s digital ecosystem with integrated ID verification checks using Swedish BankID. Integrated eID is a seamless way to ensure that only authorised signatories can access and sign agreements, as well as to facilitate secure onboarding of new community members and to authenticate users when accessing community resources.
“This partnership with Tmpl extends Scrive’s leadership position in the Swedish proptech sector”, says Mathias Björlin, Scrive’s Head of Partner Sales. “Tmpl users can sign agreements and securely identify themselves from wherever they are, on any device. Being able to e-sign the documents related to moving in or out of an apartment is just one example of making life easier for both tenants and property managers.”
Tmpl has the ambition of leading the development towards smarter and more sustainable homes, offices and cities. Tmpl’s app and digital platform simplify life by meeting people’s needs and putting sustainability in focus. Digitalising properties and offering relevant services, all gathered in one platform, creates added value and benefit for both residents and office tenants.
“Tmpl and Scrive’s common goal is that we both strive to simplify everyday life for people. Being able to log in easily with your BankID is already an obvious solution for many, and it feels like a natural step that we can now offer our customers this safe login solution. It is an important partnership for Tmpl, as it opens up the possibility for our end users to also be able to sign documents digitally. And it will have major positive effects for the real estate industry in general, reduced administrative costs and shorter processing times just to name a few”, says Henrik Svanqvist, CEO, Tmpl.
Scrive’s electronic identity services will gradually be rolled out to Tmpl’s customers during this spring. The co-operation initially concerns Sweden, but may also be extended to other Nordic countries in the future.
